MIOSAN NT is an instrument for electrotherapy of the latest generation, designed according to the most recent techniques and in compliance with the specific standards. It is completely controlled by microprocessors to ensure a very simple use and the highest precision of the operating parameters. All operating parameters are clearly and constantly visualized on a large alphanumeric and easy to read LCD DISPLAY. All waveforms can be selected by one single key. Adjustment of the output current and of the pulse and pause intervals is rapid, immediate and exact, thanks to its high resolution cursors. Further peculiar characteristics of the instrument are the following:

• Line voltage is internally lowered to 12 V and is then restored to the progressively required value, thus ensuring the maximum safety both for the patient and for the operator.

• The microprocessors built in the instrument ensure high precision of the treatment parameters. Their correct operation is constantly monitored by a separate control system.

• An automatic control system keeps the selected current constant by automatically adjusting the output voltage according to skin resistance, which may vary because of the current during therapeutic treatment.

• When the parameters have been set, a timer can be actuated which stops emission at the end of treatment while warning the operator by a sound signal.

• MIOSAN NT is available in two versions: 2 outputs or 4 outputs, all independent. In its 2 output version, the second output emits the same wave as the first, by independent control of the output current. The 4 output instrument allows to select one waveform on the first two outputs and a different waveform on the other two, thus ensuring maximum flexibility; regulation of each output current is always independent.
